How do I find my order number?
Answer - Your order number is located on the last page of check out, the printer friendly receipt available at check-out, and on your confirmation e-mail. If you registered, you may log-in to the site and view your order history. All of your orders and order numbers are shown with your account information.
Can I place my order by phone?
Answer - Yes! Our toll free order line is (866) 632-2441. We are available from 9 A.M. - 6 P.M Mon-Fri EST. When you call, please be aware our call center people are not our technical experts (although they are really smart folks). If you have a technical question and they do not have the answer, they will have someone from our technical staff call or e-mail you.
How do I track my order?
Answer - If you registered an account when you placed your order or you are a returning registered customer, just select the Track Order link at the top of the web page. You also may call our customer service number, (706) 946-4867 Mon-Fri 9 A.M. - 6 P.M. EST. Be sure to have your order number available when you call.
Returns and Exchanges
How do I return an item?
Answer - Most items can be returned according to our 30 day Return and Exchange policy. Some products, however, are marked non-returnable: food, ammunition, night vision, target throwers and sale items. These items will be identified clearly and may not be returned or exchanged.

How do I exchange an item?
Answer - Most items returned to us in re-saleable condition can be exchanged according to our 30 day Return and Exchange policy. Some products, however, are marked non-returnable: food, ammunition, night vision, target throwers and sale items. These items will be identified clearly and may not be returned or exchanged.

Shipping
How long will it be before my order ships?
Answer - We do not drop ship items, except for certain special orders. All orders for in-stock items ship from our facilities within three business days. We work closely with manufacturers and our suppliers to control inventory costs so your purchase price is as low as possible!
How do I track my shipment?
Answer - Your e-mail receipt (You did give us your e-mail address, didn't you?) will have a link to an order tracking page where you can check the status of your order. When your order ships, you will receive another e-mail (if you supplied an e-mail address) that gives you the tracking number for the shipment. You then can follow your package's progress on the carrier's web site. If all else fails, you always can give us a call to find out your package's status.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
Answer - Sorry, we currently do not ship products outside of the United States.
Do you ship Federal Express?
Answer - Sometimes. We reserve the right, however, to select the shipping carrier. This allows us to take advantage of volume discounts and other efficiencies to control costs (yours and ours). Currently, our carriers of choice are the U.S Postal Service (Priority) and UPS.
Discount Coupons and Gift Certificates
How do I receive a discount coupon?
Answer - To receive a discount coupon you must either buy something from our website, or sign up for our e-mail newsletter. Periodically, we also include coupons with customer orders as part of a promotion. If you sign up for our newsletter, we periodically will send you emails with special product pricing or with coupon codes to get a discount at check out.
How do I redeem a coupon?
Answer - To redeem a coupon, you simply type in the number in the coupon field on the first check out page. Your discount will be reflected on the last checkout page.
How do I purchase a gift certificate?

How do I use the Wish List?
Answer - Coming soon! When it arrives, the Wish list is great for remembering what you want to order when payday comes along!
How do I search for a product?
Answer - Easy way - Use the menu system in the left column to find the product in its specific category. On each category page, you can use the sort box displayed to list the products alphabetically, by price, or by SKU number. You may also use the Search By Brand box in the left column to sort products. Real Easy Way - Type the name of the product in the Search Entire Site box in the left column and find the product in the resulting list. Don't worry if you can't spell the product's name correctly; just get close and our smart search will do the rest. Try it! Type Nicon and see if you can find the perfect rifle scope!
