Release, Assumption of Risk, and Waiver of Liability and Indemnity Agreement:
1. Stanley's Pro Shop only sells knives and firearms and related products (hereafter "product" or "products") to individuals who may legally purchase and own such products in their local, city, county or parish, and state jurisdictions. Supporting products sold outside of the United States are shipped in compliance with customs regulations of both the United States and the receiving country. Not all products may be sold and shipped to all areas inside or outside of the United States.
2. When you purchase any product from Stanley's Pro Shop, regardless of the method you use to transmit the order, you or anyone representing your interests are legally bound by and agree to the following:
A. That the products ordered are legal to purchase and own in the local, state, and federal jurisdictions where you reside.
B. That you are of the legal age and status required by law to purchase, possess, and own the products in the local, state, and federal jurisdictions where you reside.
C. That Stanley's Pro Shop and its agents do not warrant by making the sale that you as the purchaser are legally eligible to buy or own any of the products Stanley's Pro Shop offers. Prior to placing an order, it is your responsibility as the purchaser to check local, state, and federal laws to make sure you are legally eligible to purchase, possess, and own any of the products Stanley's Pro Shop offers for sale.
3. The products Stanley's Pro Shop sells can be very dangerous and can cause great harm or death if used improperly or illegally. By making the purchase, you agree to use and store all products safely and in accordance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations. Additionally, you agree to assume all risks arising from your purchase, ownership, and use of the product. You further agree to indemnify and hold Stanley's Pro Shop harmless from any claim brought by any person or entity related to, or arising from, your ownership and use of the products.
