General Merchandise
Shipping Dates and Times
All orders for in-stock items received by 2 P.M. EST will ship from our facilities within three business days from receipt of payment. We work closely with manufacturers and our suppliers to control inventory costs so your purchase price is as low as possible!
Tracking Shipments
Your e-mail receipt (You did give us your e-mail address, didn't you?) will have a link to an order tracking page where you can check the status of your order. When your order ships, you will receive another e-mail (if you supplied an e-mail address) that gives you the tracking number for the shipment. You then can follow your package's progress on the carrier's web site. If you are not able to track your package's status on-line, give us a call to get the latest information about your shipment.
International Shipments
Sorry, we currently do not ship products outside of the United States.
Drop Shipments
With the exception of certain special purchases, we do not drop ship items.
Preferred Shipping Carriers
We reserve the right to select the shipping carrier. This allows us to take advantage of volume discounts and other efficiencies to control costs (yours and ours). Currently, our carriers of choice are the U.S Postal Service (Priority) and UPS.
Firearms
Firearms are shipped via the United States Postal Service (with tracking) to FFL dealers only. Customers must pick up their purchase at the receiving FFL dealer. All federal, state, and local laws, including those governing background checks and purchase restrictions apply. Orders are shipped only after payment and legible, verified FFL documentation is received. The receiving FFL dealer may either mail or FAX FFL documentation to Stanley's Pro Shop.
